A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

A: We have FREE SHIPPING IN THE US for orders over $30.00 - Otherwise only: $3.95 for the 1st item, then adds $1.00 for each additional item.  SHIPPING TO CANADA: US$5.95 for 1st item, then adds $2.00 for each additional item.  SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES:  Please contact:  info@thehetretv.com.  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
